About Louise - Your Facilitator...
Louise has a background of 15 years in the corporate world across Australia, The Middle East and Asia. She is a specialist in Marketing and Communications. Throughout her career she has worked with many senior executives to identify their brand, find their message and take it to market (no matter how technical the content). 

Louise started her public speaking/debating 'career' at the age of 12 and hasn't stopped talking ever since. She has also run an extensive number of panels across both corporate and non-corporate events and has also organised and run many large-scale events. 

Helping people find their voice and communicate their message (succinctly) is one of Louise's most treasured things to do! She finds it so incredibly rewarding and loves to see how fast her clients can develop and step into their voice.  Anyone can do it and it won't take long!

Step One: 
Establish your brand

Many underestimate the power of understanding who they are and what they stand for.  It doesn't take long to establish who you are once you go through the process to solidify it and...once you have done this...it is so very important to make sure you communicate your brand in everything that you do! 

When you stand for something. When you are something to someone, they know who you are and what you can do for them (and others). A powerful and crucial part of the process!
Step Two: 
Find your message
What do you have to say (& how can you consistently say it)?

What is it that you want to share with the world? What is your message? Where do you want to focus?

This is so incredibly important. People need to know who you are and what you specialise in. Then...with time...you will become the go-to for that particular area (if you communicate your message right). 

This is a process of building and elimination. Once complete, you will be very clear on what you stand for and who you are and also...understand how strategic repetition is important and so incredibly effective.

Now it's time to play (aka practice!). We will work together to find your voice, your tone and your pizzaz, and bring you confidently to the world with practice. We will be recording and playing back your recordings together so we can observe, improve and execute. 

This isn't always a comfortable process BUT...I will be there to support you the entire way through and I promise we will have fun together. 

The best part of this is how people can see how far they have come in such a short period of time. I have seen this again and again in my career. It is SO empowering for the individual and...such a pleasure for me to be a part of!

Go out to the world!

initial stages, I’ll be watching you and giving you feedback, PLUS I’ll be there to
encourage you and make sure you put your training into play! Seeing you out there
putting your new skills into play confidently and successfully will be my main aim for

I have been doing this work in the corporate world for 15 years and I am so thrilled to bring this to the world.
I understand that timetables vary for everyone. I have worked with corporates who can only squeeze in sessions at night or on weekends, with mothers who want to work together during the day when their family is out and with entrepreneurs who have much more flexible arrangements. No matter your timetable, we can make it work.
